近日，宜昌市生态环境局牵头，联合生态环境部南京环境科学研究所、江西农业大学、鲁东大学及福建农科院等单位组成研究团队，在宜昌市开展了大型真菌多样性调查。研究团队在宜昌市兴山县双家湾地区和五峰土家族自治县采集到多个黄囊伞属真菌标本和靴耳属真菌标本，经专家对标本进行分析和研究后，确认上述菌种为新发现物种，并将其定名为卵孢黄囊伞和斑褶靴耳。研究成果发表于国际真菌学权威期刊《Journal of Fungi》。
